Two wanted men surrendered to Albany police

ALBANY, GA. -- Two men wanted in connection to the July 3rd shooting of P and P Garden and Hardware owner Walter Phelps have surrendered to Albany police.

22-year-old Ryan Richardson and 22-year-old Roderick Ferrell turned themselves in this morning.

Three other suspects are already charged in the case.

Last week, Albany police released surveillance video showing three men using Phelps’ credit card to purchase thousands of dollars of clothing at the Polo Outlet in Lake Park.

Phelps is recovering at home.
