ALBANY, GA. -- Former Dougherty Circuit District Attorney, Ken Hodges is making the rounds, trying to encourage voters to get out and make him the next state Attorney General.

Hodges has been a prosecutor for 15 years and says experience is on his side.

“I’ve personally been in front of juries hundreds of times, supervised hundreds of  cases, been to the court of appeals in the Georgia Supreme Court arguing on behalf of  victims and my opponent has never done that one single time, not once, so it's really a question of experience,” Said Hodges.

Other candidates for state Attorney General include Sam Olens, Preston Smith, Max Wood, Rob Teilhet, and Don Smart.

The election is Tuesday, July 20th.
