The child advocacy organization, “Open Arms” held its inaugural Community Day Event.

The group celebrated its Street Outreach Program which helps less fortunate kids get their lives back on track.  There was free food and games.

Open Arms’ Tiffany Mallard wants young people to know their futures matter.

“We want the youth to know that there is still hope for their futures, so that’s why it’s so imperative that we can continue to help the youth in the community,” said Mallard.
