Father of 5 fatally shot on way home from high school reunion

(AP) -- DECATUR, Ga. (AP) - Two men have been arrested in the fatal drive-by shooting of a man whose family says had just left a high school reunion.

Family members say 41-year-old Anthony Scott Carter was shot to death early Saturday when he stopped at a traffic light. The say he was a father of five who had just left an Avondale High School reunion.

Police say he was shot once in his upper body through the driver side window.

One suspect was identified as 21-year-old Menshack Nyepah. The other man's name has not been released.
