COLUMBUS, Ga. - Authorities have decided not to prosecute a Columbus bridal shop owner arrested last year for serving customers a drink called a mimosa. Authorities say Judy Wilkinson ran afoul of the law by serving drinks without a liquor license at her shop, Formal Elegance.
