Pedestrian struck and killed on Bypass

Albany police say 25-year-old Johnny Martinez died on the Liberty Expressway this morning after being struck by a semi-truck.

The driver of that truck, 38-year-old Jason Adkins will not face charges. Detectives say Martinez was trying to cross the northbound lanes when the truck hit him.
