An event that was to showcase a popular rapper resulted in a large-scale fight Saturday. According to a communications officer, police were sent around 6:30 Saturday to Turtle Park in response to a large fight. Around 200 people were downtown attending a customer appreciation event held by SOWEGA Tax Services. A well-known rap artist group, Travis Porter was set to perform there.
It is unclear at this hour how many were injured in the fight or what caused it.
