Albany’s Judge Hodge retires after nearly 17 years as a U.S. Magistrate Judge

Judge Hodge says he’s learned a lot throughout his career and even though a medical condition is forcing him to retire early, he’s looking forward to more free time.

“I want to find a worthwhile project to volunteer for and use my hands.  Until then I’m going to play golf and fish a lot” says Judge Hodge.

Family, friends, and co-workers gave Judge Hodge a going away party and gifts of appreciation for his many years of service.
