Leonard Wayne Higgins is the deceased
The body of a Jacksonville, Florida man found dead Thursday in an SUV in Albany has been identified as Leonard Wayne Higgins.
Albany Police say Higgins family traveled to Albany today to identify him. Police couldn’t confirm Higgins’ specific age but said he was in his late 50’s.
His cause of death is still undetermined but APD said that foul play does not appear to be involved.
