21-year-old Justin Barron admitted to molesting a 9-year-old girl on February 19, 2009 at the Marine Corps Logistics Base
An Albany man will spend 30 years in jail for sexually assaulting a child at the Marine Corps Logistics Base.
21-year-old Justin Barron pleaded guilty in federal court to one count of aggravated sexual abuse of a child. The United State’s Attorney’s Office says Barron was a civilian living on the base with his stepfather who is a marine. Barron admitted to molesting a 9-year-old girl on February 19, 2009 on the base. Barron also admitted to sexually assaulting a 6-year-old girl earlier that week. NCIS investigators found child pornography on Barron’s computer.
Barron will serve all 30 years without the possibility of parole.
