The Southwest Georgia Health District teams up with the Governor’s Office of Highway Safety to give away free car seats

Car seats will be given away to five qualified applicants every month who agree to take a two hour long class on car seat safety.

Applicants must be currently Peach Care eligible, WIC eligible, and Medicaid eligible.

Contact the health department for more information on how to apply for the free car seat.
