All five persons of interest in a Valentine’s Day murder have turned themselves in, but Albany police say no charges have been filed.

Police are looking for the person who killed 20-year-old LaShelton Stanford and shot 35-year-old George Ferguson III early Sunday morning outside Brick City on Schilling Avenue. Police named 31-year-old Jason Loving, 20-year-old Henry Wallace, 22-year-old Lawrence Stephens, 21-year-old Sean Frazier, and 19-year-old Jacory Butts as “persons of interest” in the shooting.

Loving turned himself in Sunday night, but was released with no charges filed. Police are interviewing Butts, Wallace, Stephens, and Frazier right now. No word on any charges or arrests.

Police say a fight at Nabs Tavern at the complex spilled outside and shots were fired. Stanford, who was visiting friends and family in Albany, died on the scene.
