A scary scene outside Proctor and Gamble Tuesday morning.
Dougherty County Police say a tractor trailer driving in the rain couldn’t stop at a red light in time and hit a car carrying a man, woman, and child. The car was lodged underneath the trailer, but police say no one was seriously hurt.
The tractor trailer driver was cited with driving too fast for conditions and running a red light.
