Candidate Doug MacGinnitie discusses his interest in the GA Secretary of State office

Doug MacGinnitie says he’s very different from the other candidates for Secretary of State.

As a business owner MacGinnitie says he’s passionate about helping Georgia small business owners on a state level.

Georgia’s unemployment rate is higher than the national average and MacGinnitie says he can help small business owners who can help turn our economy around.

He also says if he wins the state office he wants to make voting easier for military members stationed abroad.  “We have 13 military installations around this state.  Georgia should be leading the charge in this country to make it easy for our military personnel to vote” says MacGinnitie.

MacGinnitie says he aims to help the military serving overseas be able to receive and return absentee ballots in a timely fashion so their vote counts.  You can find out more information on the website www.helpheroesvote.com
