1st and 4th graders prepare to donate

First and fourth grade students at International Studies Elementary Charter School are bringing the Haiti tragedy into the classroom.

Teachers in two classes have added Haiti to their curriculum. They urged brainstorming to the kids on how they can help. Multiple students donated money they would normally use to buy popcorn on Fridays. Other kids said they will use their saved allowance money to help the children of Haiti.
