Smith will serve 10 years on probation

A Dougherty County child molester is on his way to prison.

38-year-old Joseph Smith pled guilty on two counts of child molestation Wednesday and was sentenced to 15 years In prison and 10 years probation. The victim was 5-years old at the time the sexual acts were reported.
