Police Officer Joe Hernandez says Jessie James Warren is charged with murder and aggravated assault in the shootings at the Penske Truck Rental facility

(AP) -- Police say two people were killed and three others seriously wounded when a former employee dressed in camouflage opened fire at a truck rental business northwest of Atlanta.

Cobb County Police Officer Joe Hernandez says 60-year-old Jessie James Warren of Temple, Ga., is charged with murder and aggravated assault in the Tuesday afternoon shootings at the Penske Truck Rental facility in Kennesaw.

Hernandez identified those killed as 59-year-old Van Springer of Woodstock and 43-year-old Jaider Phillipe Marvlanda of Lawrenceville. He says the wounded are in critical condition at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital.

Hernandez says Warren fled in a pickup truck after the shootings and was pursued by several officers, who stopped the truck and arrested him. He says Warren is being held at the Cobb County jail without bond.
