Two Albany men are behind bars charged with attacking and robbing two other men Saturday afternoon.
Police say 28-year-old Dontavis Waters and 25-year-old David Mansfield, Jr. and a third man still on the loose broke into an apartment on the 700 block of Moultrie Road around 2:45 p.m. Saturday. Police say the three robbers beat two Hispanic men with a gun. They reportedly stole a cell phone and an undetermined amount of cash. The victims are OK.
Waters and Mansfield are charged with armed robbery and aggravated assault.
