A community activist donates clothing and other essential items to those in need.

At their last monthly meeting of the year, Willie Ross gathered folks from around the community to Henderson gym, where folks heard from city manager Al Lott and Dougherty County Sheriff Kevin Sproul. They also had their pick of clothes, books, strollers and other items that had been donated by Ross and his friends.

Sheriff Kevin Sproul also spoke to the group about forming neighborhood watches in the area.
