The Speego gas station on Johnson Road was the location of an aggravated assault last night

The owner says a black male entered the store, and aimed his gun at the cash register, and demanded money.

Two employees at the counter wouldn’t assist the man and held their hands in the air.

After an unsuccessful attempt to open the cash register the armed man ran away. 

Video cameras caught the entire assault on tape and police say the case is still under investigation.
