It will especially help parents with children who are enrolled in multiple schools
Lee County schools are trying out a new enrollment program for second semester, which will make it easier on parents who have children who go to multiple schools.
Tuesday, Lee County Superintendent Dr. Larry Walters announced a new program will be begin January fourth for students enrolling in second semester. Parents will now be able to go to one location and fill out all registration forms for all their children regardless of what school in the Lee County School System they will attend. The program will also increase records accuracy of students.
For the time being, Twin Oaks Elementary will be the location of the one-stop shop for parents, but the location will change for Fall registration.
