Don Buie will have his day in court. The indicted former Downtown Manager and ADICA CEO is scheduled to stand trial Monday.

Jury selection is scheduled for 9 a.m. Monday at the Dougherty County Courthouse. Judge Denise Marshall will preside over the case. Buie is facing over 20 charges, mostly felonies, for allegedly stealing ADICA money. Buie’s wife Shannon Buie, his ex-girlfriend Nicole Brown, and former Dollar Square Owner Tim Washington were also charged and have all pleaded guilty. All three have agreed to testify against Buie.
