Prosecutors say Shanon Buie arrived in Dougherty County Monday night from North Carolina, and entered a guilty plea for three theft by taking charges Tuesday

Shanon Buie, wife of indicted former ADICA CEO Don Buie, has pleaded guilty and will testify against her husband at his trial next week.

Chief Prosecutor Chris Cohilas says Shanon Buie arrived in Dougherty County Monday night from North Carolina, spoke with investigators, and then entered a guilty plea for three theft by taking charges. Buie and her husband as well as Tim Washington and Nicole Brown were named in a 24 count indictment for allegedly stealing ADICA money.

Washington and Brown also pleaded guilty. All three will testify against Don Buie at his trial scheduled to begin Monday, December 14.
