Butterball’s turkey talk line functions as an automated system year round, however during the holidays an expert team of 55 turkey experts are armed with a 3-inch-thick binder to answer your turkey questions.
The turkey experts undergo 5 days of training and have degrees in nutrition, food science, or home economics.
A funny, but helpful tip based on a previous call: Don’t thaw a turkey while washing children in a bathtub!
