State troopers say the driver suffered from diabetes
Georgia State Troopers say a man's medical condition could have causes a wreck on U.S. Highway 19 Monday morning.
Authorities say 63-year-old Eddie Woodward was driving a Boar's Head truck when it rolled and crashed around 8:45 in Mitchell County. Troopers say Woodward is a diabetic and had an extremely high blood sugar count when he lost control of the vehicle.
Woodward was extracted from the vehicle and taken to Phoebe Putney for his injuries.
