Police believe a man collapsed on Gail Avenue due to a medical condition
A 70-year-old man collapsed due to a heart condition on Gail Avenue Tuesday afternoon.
A spokesperson for Albany Police Department told Fox 31News that 70-year-old George Chikas was riding his bike home from his brother's house located in the 2300 block of Temple Avenue around 5:30 P.M.
He was riding his bike only a short distance to his house in the 2100 block of Acker, when police believe he collapsed in the road and died due to a heart condition.
