Demoted Albany firefighter Roderick Jolivette did not appear in court for his arraignment in Chattahoochee County today.

Authorities from the District Attorney’s office say Jolivette waved his right through his attorney to hear his indictment in open court.  Jolivette’s lawyer entered a plea of not guilty to charges of speeding and impersonating a police officer.  The impersonating a police office charge is a felony.  Jolivette’s trial is scheduled to begin the week of November 2.
