(AP) -- A Columbus man suspected of rape has been found after a traffic stop.
The Columbus Ledger-Enquirer reports 30-year-old Rodrecuz Boyd is scheduled to have a hearing in Columbus Recorder's Court at 2 p.m. Tuesday.
Boyd, who is wanted on accusations of rape and false imprisonment, was pulled over Saturday afternoon.
The officer told Boyd he had outstanding warrants and tried to handcuff him. Police say that's when Boyd pushed himself off the car and ran.
Reports show he was Tazed after a short foot chase and taken into custody.
Boyd faces charges of rape, false imprisonment and obstruction of an officer.
He's accused of taking a woman across town and sexually assaulting her at gunpoint on June 26.
