Police say a Sylvester man driving too fast caused a 10 car crash on the Liberty Expressway late Monday afternoon.

Police say 22-year-old Horatio Williams was going 65 miles per hour while it rained heavily in Albany. Police say his car hydroplaned near the Jefferson St. exit and hit the guard rail. That crash caused the other cars to rear end and side swipe each other. No one was seriously hurt. Police reopened all four lanes around 6:30 p.m.

Williams is charged with driving too fast for conditions.
