GBI Investigators say a Cook County man could have accidentally shot himself to death yesterday morning.
Investigators say family members found 65-year-old Thomas Parrish with a gunshot wound to the head outside of his truck. The family says Parrish was cleaning out his truck and investigators say they believe Parrish could have been taking his rifle from the truck when it went off.
Investigators say there is no indication of foul play and are awaiting the results of an autopsy
