Indictments are for speeding and impersonating an officer
FOX 31 News has confirmed that demoted Albany firefighter Roderick Jolivette has been indicted on charges of speeding and impersonated an officer of the law.
Authorities say impersonating an officer is a felony and if found guilty Jolivette could serve prison time. Chattahoochee County authorities say Jolivette’s arraignment will be October 19 unless his lawyer enters an early plea.
Jolivette’s trial will begin November 2. Albany authorities say Jolivette has been suspended without pay.
