Police say a tip led to the arrest in the shooting of Kenneth Hagen
Police say they have arrested a teenager and accused him of shooting a Kirkwood man and trying to steal his weed wacker.
Atlanta police say a tip led to the arrest in the shooting of Kenneth Hagen. Police say Hagen suffered non-life-threatening injuries when he was shot three times in the torso. Hagen was able to provide information to officers who arrived on the scene.
Police say they arrested Terrance Hambrick for probation violation. He is charged with aggravated battery, aggravated assault, criminal attempt to commit armed robbery, and theft by receiving stolen property.
