Another student injured as stray bullets flew on campus

(AP) -- Atlanta police are investigating the death of a Spelman College student who was hit by a stray bullet early Thursday while walking on the nearby campus of Clark-Atlanta University. 

Police say Jasmine Lynn of Kansas City, Mo., was hit around 12:30 a.m. when shots were fired during a fight on the Clark-Atlanta campus.  Atlanta Police Lt. Keith Meadows says an 18-year-old student from Clark-Atlanta also was wounded when he was hit in the wrist by a stray bullet. He was being treated at Grady Memorial Hospital. 

Police have not released his name.
