Logcom supervisors keep updated on their new mission through the Logcom Academy
Communication is key to the success of the Marine Corps Logistics Command.
The Marine Corps Logistics Command is holding its Marine Corps Logistics Academy this week. It's a chance for Marine Corps leaders and stakeholders to remain in tune with the MCLC's mission. Employees are able to connect the job they perform in Albany with another job in Blount Island, Quantico or overseas. The command was restructured in 2007... this course keeps everyone working for the MCLC on the same page. It's designed to provide managers with information to bring back to their co-workers, enabling the logistics process to run much smoother.
Good communication within the Marine Corps enables the MCLC to provide the war fighter overseas with the equipment they need as soon as possible.
