An Albany man is accused of hanging a puppy from his apartment loft.
41-year-old Patrick Lanier Bruce is charged with aggravated cruelty to animals and obstructing an officer after his roommate told police Bruce hanged his puppy. 41-year-old Michael Fromme told police he came home and asked Bruce where the puppy was and Bruce pointed up towards the loft.
Bruce is being held at the Dougherty County Jail without bond.
