ADICA Board Member Phil Cannon has requested all activity on a $6 million bond be stopped.

Cannon's request comes in the wake of Buie's termination and the findings of the city's ADICA audit. The bond is already surrounded in controversy with a lawsuit, but none of the money has been paid to anyone yet. Cannon says he wants it to stay that way.

"Reevaluate, reorganize, and decide what's in the best interest of downtown, the city of Albany, and ADICA," Cannon said.

The board will discuss these issues and more at the next ADICA meeting August 5 at Government Center.
