Police say a group of kids on East Residence Avenue were shooting off bottle rockets

After the city of Albany put on a huge fireworks display Saturday night, police confiscate illegal fireworks in East Albany.

Police say a group of kids on East Residence Avenue were shooting off bottle rockets. Police spoke with the woman in charge of the kids who says she knew about the bottle rockets, but did not know they were illegal.

Police confiscated a backpack full of the illegal rockets and had them destroyed.
