Dougherty County residents are still cleaning up their yards from Sunday's storms.

Public Works Director Larry Cook says a tree came down near Ramsey Road, but it's all cleared up now.  The northeast corner of the county was hit hardest Sunday afternoon when a thunderstorm with 50 mile per hour winds came through.  Cook says you have to call your insurance company to assess any damage on private property.

“They’d have to take care of all the damage on their property between them and their insurance company or whoever they get to clean that property,” Cook said.
