Investigators say Willie Tells, Jr. surrendered and is in the Randolph County Jail

The man accused of shooting two Cuthbert police officers surrenders. 

Police say Willie Tells, Jr. surrendered and is in the Randolph County Jail.  He's accused of shooting two officers late Saturday night.  One of the officers, Sammy Coleman has been released from the hospital.  Officer James Mock is still in the hospital and is expected to make a full recovery. 

Police say Tells shot the officers during a traffic stop and took off.  He's facing several charges.
