Even in sour economy, Quail Hunt successful in Albany
The 21st annual Georgia Quail Hunt wrapped up in Albany on Friday.
Close to thirty corporate executives from across the globe participated in this year's hunt, which helps to attract new businesses to the Good Life City. Since 1994, quail hunting enthusiasts have created more than 7,400 new jobs in the area. Ted Clem, the new president of the Economic Development Commission, says even though the hunt was a success the down economy hindered their progress this year.
Clem says he's glad everyone had a good time.
