HARRISONVILLE, MO (AP) -- A Missouri man charged in the death of one of four children he is accused of fathering with his teenage daughter is due back in court today.

The 47-year-old father is charged with second-degree murder in the death of a baby who allegedly died of pneumonia after he failed to seek medical treatment.

He also is charged with endangering the welfare of a child, statutory rape, two counts of incest and two counts of abandoning a corpse.

He was arrested last week and is being held in the Cass County jail.

During a court appearance last week, the man told the judge he didn't have a lawyer but would be hiring one.

The judge was to follow up with him on the attorney issue today.

Three of the four children the man allegedly fathered with his daughter are dead.
