Albany police are looking for a man who ran away from the scene of a car crash
Albany police are looking for a man who they say fled the scene of a one-car rollover on Highway 82 around 1:00 p.m. Thursday.
Police say 48-year-old Evelyn Ryals was traveling north trying to merge on Highway 82 from Clarke Ave. when she lost control of her truck, and flipped over twice. Police say a passenger fled the scene in a black car that came to pick him up. Ryals was taken to Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital and is in critical condition.
Police are asking anyone with information about the passenger of the person who picked him up to call Crime Stoppers at 436-TIPS.
