A 9th grader shows his support for Cooper Tire the hi-tech way
A 15-year-old is rallying support for Albany’s Cooper Tire plant using Facebook.
Deerfield Windsor 9th grader Jarrett Martin started the “I Love Cooper Tire Albany” Facebook group at the beginning of November. It already has over 700 members. No one in his family works for Cooper Tire, Martin says he just wants to show support for the Albany plant as corporate officials decide which of its 4 plants to close.
