Albany residents got to tell officials from the Georgia Department of Community Affairs exactly what’s on their minds during a town hall meeting Wednesday.

About 60 people came to DCA’s event at Government Center and asked about a variety of topics, including getting a recycling hub in Albany and homeowner vouchers.  DCA Commission Mike Beatty says they’re using the feedback they get to make their department work more efficiently.  He says they ned to find out what they can do better to help people in tough economic times.

The town hall meeting in Albany is the 9th of 12.
