Lee County woman indicted in the death of a four-month-old boy

(AP) -- A Lee County woman is indicted on 10 counts of reckless conduct in connection with the death of an infant. 

A Lee County Grand Jury indicted Barbara Ann Fuller on Monday.  Fuller and her husband Earl Fuller, have never been charged charged with criminal wrongdoing in the february death of 4-month-old Jace Michael Hester.  The little boy died at Fuller's in-home daycare center on Dunaway Drive.  The GBI ruled that the boy's death was undetermined, but a state inspection of the daycare center revealed at least 16 rule violations. 

Barbara Fuller surrendered to authorities in Lee County on Monday afternoon.
