ALBANY, GA --
In the Facebook story of the day, you wanted to know what health problems can lack of sleep cause.

According the Sleep experts at the Phoebe Sleep Disorder Center, lack of sleep can cause to make potentially dangerous mistakes throughout the day, such as while driving or at work.

Dr. Christopher Mann, the Medical Director at Phoebe Sleep Disorder Center, says not getting enough sleep can also increases your chance of developing medical conditions,"there's heart disease, various heart failures, hypertension, cardiac arrhythmia, diabetes, stroke, a lot of these things are related more significantly to people who don’t sleep well."

Experts recommend 7 to 8 hours of sleep for the average adult of course they does vary a from person to person.
