ALBANY --
To fight against the overpopulation problem, Companion Animal Hospital has temporarily gotten rid of their $30 intake fee for kittens placed into their adoption program.

Dr. Carie Wisell and her staff are accepting kittens between six and ten weeks old to be spayed or neutered, vaccinated and de-wormed before being made available for adoption.

Companion Animal Hospital asks anyone considering putting their kitten or kittens up for adoption to please call 229-888-7181 to make sure there's room first. The intake fee will be waived until February 14th.
