MITCHELL COUNTY, GA --
Former Worth County Sheriff’s Deputy Justin Stewart is in trouble with the law yet again.

Stewart was arrested in Mitchell County on Friday and charged with speeding, driving under the influence, possession of marijuana less than a ounce, and impersonating an officer.

The Albany-Dougherty Drug Unit arrested Stewart for selling Oxycodone in April.
