DOUGHERTY COUNTY, GA -- The Dougherty County Police Department have made several arrests in the large copper theft that occurred on January 14th at W.W. Williams on Clark Ave and a burglary on La Costa Drive in the Stone Bridge Country Club subdivision on January 15th.
According to the Dougherty County Police Department, they arrested Jimmie Jones and Nicholas Laramore in connection to the copper theft. They are both charged with two counts of felony theft by taking and theft by deception. The are still looking for David Arrington, a suspect in the burglary on La Costa Drive. According to Chad Kirkpatrick with the Dougherty County Police Department, the suspect is a white male and about 170 lbs. Kirkpatrick says the suspect frequents the 2700 block of Michael Rd. in Albany.
