An accident took place Tuesday afternoon at the intersection of Ledo Road and US-19 involving three vehicles.

No word on how the accident took place, however no ambulances were called to the scene and all those involved appear to have made it out safely.

Lee County Sheriff and Fire officials are on scene and traffic is beginning to back up.
